Hi there! I'm Sarah. I'm 27 years old and became interested in gluten free baking after getting diagnosed with Celiac disease among a myriad of other autoimmune disorders in late 2023. I wasn't aware of the joys of baking prior to that, but after my diagnoses, my world became very small and I had to rely on myself to make all the foods I was no longer able to buy.
